Breakfast & meeting: Jay & Keith will discuss the future of the company, followed by Q&A session (not mandatory)

Welcome gathering at Tii Gavo Restaurant 7/15 at 7pm
Welcome gathering on Thursday, 7/15/21 is not mandatory, it’s not a dinner but more of a happy hour to hang out together after dinner and meet others in the group. There is an outdoor and indoor area for people to hang out.
Please wear your name tags that will be in your rooms.

Awards Dinner on Friday, 7/16/2021
VIP President’s Club Awards, and featuring guest speaker Todd Stottlemyre
6-7pm Cocktails on the Village Terrace, open bar
7-11pm Dinner in the Anasazi Ballroom

Food & Beverage daily credit for lunch and dinner
You will receive a daily food & beverage credit for lunch and dinner to be used for room service or at any restaurant at the Enchantment Resort, $150 for 2 people per day or $75 for 1 person. Please charge your meals/beverages to your room and you will receive the credit prior to check out, this will be charged to our master account.
For example, for rooms with 2 people staying from 7/15-7/18= $150 x 3 days= $450 total credit at check out

***Please note regarding spa credits

The $150 per person credit is being posted manually to each folio by the accounting department at the resort. The spa will ring up the ticket as usual and charge to the room so each guest can see how the credit goes against the service.

We have 96 rooms booked at the Enchantment resort for our trip and the resort has a total of 213 rooms, so we almost have half of the rooms in the resort.
