Please don’t forget that each person will be responsible to book their own flights and reimbursed up to $1,000 for 2 people, or $500 per person. 

If you currently have a Concur account, please include your receipt for your flights on your monthly expense report.
If you don’t have a Concur account, send an email to Veronica Caro and she will send you an expense reimbursement form in excel to complete.  

Timeline for Expense Reports
Expense reports are due the 2nd business day after month end & late submissions will not be accepted. Please remember to submit for reimbursement on the month that you paid for it and not the travel dates.
